Developing and managing the strategic and operational communication

Buggyra Academy prepares young and talented racers for a career in motorsports. With the help of a tried and tested program, experienced coaches, and an extensive network in the industry, the Academy helps talented racers to achieve their goal in motorsports. The Academy runs four main poles at different locations around the world: Rally Raid, Endurance Racing, Karting, and Truck Racing.

 

When I got approached by Martin Koloc, Buggyra ZM Racing’s CEO and founder of the Academy, he asked me to develop a communications strategy for the Academy to give it more visibility worldwide, both with the media and the public. In a first step, I audited their existing communication channels, aligning them in a second step, so that they reinforce each other. I regularly create new ideas and draft news and stories on digital, social, and off-line. I also provide basic media training to their students. Moreover, together with a website specialist, we built the new Buggyra Academy website from scratch and regularly update with new content as well as look after the technical aspects.
